Following the early pre-order release in Taiwan on the zeczec platform, the “hololive ‘The Artist’ Ninomae Ina’nis” Collectible Figure is also open for overseas pre-orders on the cmer platform from July 17 to September 30. Below is a tutorial on how to register and make a purchase on the platform.
First, you need to register as a member on the cmer platform. Click the member icon in the top right corner of the homepage:
If you already have an account, you can click “Sign in” to log in; if not, click “Sign up” to register:
Next, enter the email address you wish to register with and check the box to agree to the website’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You can leave the promotional news notifications unchecked. Then, click “Next” to proceed to the next step.
After that, enter your username, password (must be at least 8 characters), gender, birthday, and region of residence. Once everything is filled out, select “Sign me up!”.
If successful, a registration success message will be displayed on the webpage.
However, after registering, remember to check your email inbox for a message with the subject “Verify your Cmer account and start shopping!”. The sender should be “Cmer notify@shopline.com”. Click “VERIFY EMAIL NOW” inside the email to complete your email verification.
Once successfully verified, you can log back into the platform and start shopping.
Before making a purchase, if you want to use your preferred currency, you can first switch to your desired currency on the homepage.
Next, go to the product page for the “The Artist” Ninomae Ina’nis Collectible Figure, scroll down, and select “ADD TO CART”.
Depending on the currency selected, the two amounts shown at the bottom of the page represent the prices for the Standard Edition and the DELUXE Edition.
A pop-up window will then appear where you can confirm the pre-order deadline and select your desired specifications. Using the DELUXE edition in Japanese Yen as an example, if you have no other items to purchase, you can directly select “BUY NOW”.
Next, you will arrive at the checkout page. Besides confirming your pre-order items, pay close attention to the “Payment and Delivery Method” and “Cart Summary” on the right side. Under “Payment and Delivery Method,” you can confirm your shipping region via “Delivery Country.” The shipping method is fixed as overseas delivery. Below that are some notices reminding you to provide clear information, along with a note regarding shipping fees: “The shipping fee displayed is the base shipping rate and only includes standard shipping services. If the final packaged dimensions or weight exceed the original estimate, additional shipping charges may be required. Should this occur, we will contact you to arrange payment before your order is shipped.”
The “Cart Summary” will display the current amount payable in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD), which is the product cost plus the base shipping fee. This applies regardless of the currency you selected. If everything is correct, click “Proceed to Checkout”.
You will then be directed to the information form page, where you need to fill in your delivery details, payment information, and invoice request. Please fill these out according to your actual situation. The main thing to note here is regarding credit card payments. After entering your credit card details, it is recommended NOT to check the box that says “I agree to store my payment information for faster and more secure checkout in the future.” There is no need to save your payment information this time; for peace of mind, it is safer to enter it manually the next time you make a purchase.
Once all the information is entered and you have checked “I agree to the shop’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy,” you can select “PLACE ORDER” to complete your order.
Overseas pre-orders for “The Artist” Ninomae Ina’nis 1/6 Scale Collectible Figure are now open on the cmer platform. The pre-order period is from 2026/7/17 to 2026/9/30 (GMT+8), with shipments expected to begin rolling out in January 2027.
